Large Stone Jaw Crusher PE Introduction
Large jaw crusher PE is specially designed for customers who have higher yield per unit on coarse crushing equipment, which has the same working principle to common jaw crushers. It's mainly applied to large crushing work, which can crush materials with less than 320Mpa strength, such as granite, shale, basalt, limestone and other materials. The feeding size of large jaw crusher pe is 600 to 1500mm. It's the preferred primary crushing equipment in large sand making production line and stone crushing plant, which is also widely used in various industries like mining, metallurgy, building, road, railway, water conservancy, chemistry, refractory materials, ceramics and so on.
Large jaw crusher pe has two commonly seen capacities, namely jaw crusher 120 tons per hour and jaw crusher capacity 400 tph. It's mainly used to crush and process the mined raw ore, which has large heavy workload and poor working environment. Because large jaw crusher pe mainly relies on the squeezing movement between moving jaw and fixed jaw to crush materials, so the wear of jaw plate is very serious in the using process. Commonly used Materials of Jaw Plate of Large Jaw Crusher PE
1. High Manganese Steel
High manganese steel is the traditional material of jaw plate, which has good toughness and deformation hardening ability. The abrasion of jaw plate can be effectively reduced by improving the abrasive resistance of high manganese steel jaw crusher.
2. High Chromium Cast Iron and High Manganese Compound
Although high chromium cast iron is good wear-resistant material of jaw plate, however because of its bad toughness (usually Ak is 5 ~ 8J / cm2), When impacted or squeezed by materials, it will be directly fragmented or deformed. Hence, using high chromium cast iron as the material of jaw plate cannot achieve a good using effect.
3. Medium Manganese Steel
Medium manganese steel has high hardening ability and stable performance. When being impacted or worn, it can be self-protection. The jaw plate using medium manganese steel has a good using effect in actual production process. Its service life is increased by 20% compared that of high manganese steel jaw plate. But its production cost is almost the same to high manganese steel. Hence, the medium manganese steel is widely applied in medium and small crushers, which is a kind of jaw plate material that is worthy of popularizing.
